Travel, bookings and withdrawal

Package tours are sold by a licensed tour operator; its licence number and issuer appear at booking. Travel agency activity is not licensed and names the principal operator under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' (Zakon Ukrainy No. 324/95-VR 'Pro turyzm'), 15.09.1995.

Distance contracts give a 14-day right of withdrawal under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' (Zakon Ukrainy No. 3153-IX 'Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv'), in force from 01.07.2024. Accommodation, transport, catering and leisure on a specific date may be exempt.

Data is processed with a lawful basis and consent under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' (Zakon Ukrainy No. 2297-VI 'Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh'), 01.06.2010, and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' (Zakon Ukrainy No. 675-VIII 'Pro elektronnu komertsiiu'), 03.09.2015.
