Terms of Service

1. Operator

These Terms govern bookings and travel services supplied by cloudsstride.com, a PE in Ukraine, EDRPOU 91363922, Business Center Horizon, 24 Antonovycha Street, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine; contact@cloudsstride.com; +380 953 715 6170. Identification data is disclosed before purchase under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection", in force from 01.07.2024, and the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce", dated 03.09.2015.

2. Booking and payment

• A 30% deposit secures your place; the balance is due 30 days before departure.
• Prices are in UAH and include applicable taxes; card and transfer fees are shown before payment.

3. Participation, age and health

Participants must be 18 or older; ages 16–17 may join with written guardian consent, and minors must be accompanied. Wellness activities are not medical treatment or diagnosis, and no healing outcome is promised (Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising", dated 03.07.1996).

4. Withdrawal and cancellation

For distance contracts you may withdraw within 14 days, unless the service is accommodation, transport, catering or leisure supplied on a specific date (Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection").

• Over 60 days before start: refund less a 10% administration fee.
• 30–60 days: deposit non-refundable.
• Under 30 days: no refund.

5. Licensing, complaints and law

Where we organise and sell package tours, the tour operator licence number and issuer are displayed on the booking page; where we act as a travel agent, the principal tour operator is identified (Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR "On Tourism", dated 15.09.1995).

Complaints: contact@cloudsstride.com, the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba), or the courts. Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection", dated 01.06.2010.
