This Privacy Policy explains how cloudsstride.com (PE cloudsstride.com) processes personal data collected through this website, including booking and contact forms, under the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection" of 01.06.2010.

2. Data we collect

Name, email, phone, booking dates, guest numbers, payment details, your messages, IP address and cookie identifiers.

3. Purposes and lawful bases

We use data to answer enquiries, perform distance contracts, take payments, meet tax duties and prevent fraud, on the bases of consent, contract and legal obligation (Law No. 2297-VI).

4. Cookies

Cookies that identify users are personal data. Essential cookies are set without consent; non-essential cookies only with your prior informed consent, which you may withdraw at any time (Law No. 2297-VI; Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce", 03.09.2015).

Under Law No. 675-VIII we publish our name, location, email and licence or VAT details where applicable, plus clear terms on services, prices, payment, delivery and returns. Consumer rights follow Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection", in force from 01.07.2024.

We keep data as long as needed or as law requires, then delete or anonymise it. We share it with hosting, payment, accounting and email providers under confidentiality duties, and with authorities where legally required.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent and complain. Write to contact@cloudsstride.com; we reply within 30 days.

8. Marketing and cancellation

Commercial messages require your consent and you may opt out at any time (Law No. 675-VIII). Distance contracts carry a general 14-day right to withdraw (Law No. 3153-IX); services supplied on a specific date may be exempt.

Contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba) or apply to the courts (Law No. 3153-IX).
